Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Finance and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead long-term financial strategy and planning, including multi-year financial models and capital allocation
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while providing insights for strategic decision-making
• Manage accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations

Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA designation preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of work experience, including 5+ years supervising finance staff
• Experience in managing a finance function for a growth-stage organization with a $25-$50 million annual budget preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting (GAAP)
• Mastery of financial software and reporting systems, particularly Microsoft Excel
