Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and financial modeling across business units
• Deliver executive reporting and performance analysis for leadership and investors
• Support investor relations and capital strategy through board materials and valuation analysis
• Lead M&A and strategic finance efforts, including due diligence and deal structuring
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team while standardizing reporting practices

Required Qualifications

• 12 years of progressive finance experience required
• Experience with recurring revenue models required
• M&A experience required
• Preferred experience in private equity or venture capital-backed environments
