Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

Driving financial strategy and cross-functional alignment, the full-time Vice President of Finance will own the strategic finance architecture, manage long-range planning, and lead M&A diligence while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Translate company vision into financial frameworks that guide decision-making
• Prepare and present analysis for monthly finance reviews and Board of Directors meetings
• Lead annual budget and forecasting processes, championing transparency and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years of finance experience, with at least 7 in senior leadership
• Proven executive presence with the ability to influence at the board level
• Deep experience partnering with GTM teams in B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated M&A experience, including diligence and integration
