Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Vice President of Finance, the full-time remote role will manage global accounting operations, oversee financial reporting, and implement scalable processes to support the company's growth in a high-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, payroll accounting, and revenue accounting
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Establish and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
• CPA strongly preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles within SaaS or technology companies
• Demonstrated full-stack accounting expertise across all core functions
• Strong ERP experience (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar)
