Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

Driving financial strategy and operations, the remote Vice President of Finance will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering with executive leadership to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies, policies, and procedures in collaboration with the CFO
• Deliver actionable financial analysis to support executive decision-making and inform growth strategies
• Act as a strategic partner to department leaders, optimizing performance against growth and efficiency targets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 15+ years of experience in finance roles with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Proven financial leadership experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management
• Expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments and payer-provider relationships
• Familiarity with ERP financial and planning systems, such as Netsuite or Workday
