Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

Leading the financial operations of a growing organization, the full-time salaried Vice President of Finance will oversee accounting, payroll, and reporting functions while establishing internal controls and collaborating with senior leadership to ensure financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Safeguard company assets by establishing and enforcing internal controls
• Oversee all accounting operations, including payables, receivables, and payroll management
• Produce financial reports and provide proactive analysis on trends and forecasts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
• 10+ years of financial experience with deep operational expertise
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing people and processes
• Expert-level Excel skills and experience with ADP WorkforceNow
• Familiarity with payment processing systems and merchant services (preferred)
