Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic finance leader, the full-time Vice President of Finance will manage capital allocation, evaluate GTM economics, and oversee finance operations to support Trase's growth, with the option to work remotely or from Seattle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage runway, scenario planning, and cash visibility while evaluating ROI across products and customer segments
• Partner with GTM on sales capacity, pricing, and customer acquisition efficiency, building ROI models that connect customer value to commercial strategy
• Own the finance operating cadence, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, while optimizing finance and GTM systems

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of finance experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or operating roles at high-growth technology or SaaS companies
• Proven track record in capital allocation, unit economics, and company-level planning with executive leadership
• Strong command of finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Hands-on experience with finance and GTM systems, particularly Salesforce and modern FP&A tools
• Experience in board and investor reporting, with fundraising preparation being a strong plus
