Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic finance leader, the full-time Vice President of Finance will manage capital allocation, GTM economics, and the financial operating system to scale Trase from early revenue to a repeatable, scalable business, with options for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Manage runway, scenario planning, and cash visibility while evaluating ROI across products and customer segments
• Partner with GTM on sales capacity, pricing, and customer acquisition efficiency, building ROI models that connect customer value to commercial strategy
• Own the finance operating cadence, including budget, forecast, reporting, and compliance, while optimizing finance systems and providing timely financial visibility to leadership

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of finance experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or operating roles at high-growth technology or SaaS companies
• Proven track record of partnering with executive leadership on capital allocation and company-level planning
• Strong command of finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Hands-on experience with finance and GTM systems, including Salesforce and modern FP&A tools
• Experience in board and investor reporting, with fundraising preparation being a strong plus
