Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and dynamic Vice President of Finance for the North Central Division, this full-time remote position will manage financial performance, drive profitable growth, and shape the division's strategic direction while partnering with divisional leadership across operations and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and decision-making to influence pricing, cost structure, and growth investments
• Own P&L performance, focusing on revenue, margin, and operational efficiency improvements
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and long-range strategy, enhancing forecast accuracy and transparency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in large, complex businesses
• 10 years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• 10 years managing full P&L performance with a focus on revenue growth and cost optimization
• 5 years of experience in regulated industries, such as healthcare or life sciences
