Vice President of Finance
Job Summary
Serving as a senior financial leader, the full-time remote Vice President of Finance will drive financial performance and strategic direction for the West Division in the Diagnostics segment, partnering with leadership to optimize revenue, margin, and capital deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy and decision-making across pricing, cost structure, and growth investments
- Own P&L performance, focusing on revenue growth and operational efficiency initiatives
- Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and the evaluation of acquisition opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in large, complex businesses
- 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- 5 years of experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or life sciences
- Demonstrated experience with data analytics and automation in finance
