Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

To support a growing pediatric practice, the remote Vice President of Finance will lead financial strategy, oversee planning and performance management, and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership, translating enterprise strategy into financial plans and measurable outcomes
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes, ensuring timely and actionable insights into business performance
• Recruit and develop a high-performing Finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced credential preferred
• 10-15+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, including strategic finance and FP&A
• Proven experience leading enterprise planning, forecasting, and performance management functions
• Healthcare experience preferred, particularly within provider, payer, or value-based care organizations
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience working with Boards and senior leadership teams
