Vice President of Finance

Job Summary

To build and lead the finance function from the ground up, the full-time Vice President of Finance will establish core finance operations, drive financial strategy and planning, and serve as a strategic business partner in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale all core finance operations, including FP&A, accounting, and compliance
• Own company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling
• Lead financial preparation for fundraising processes and manage investor relations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance roles with significant leadership responsibility
• Proven experience in a high-growth startup environment
• Experience building or scaling a finance function as a first or early finance leader
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA preferred)
