Vice President of Finance
Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Finance in a full-time remote role, who will manage all financial processes, oversee technology and business operations, and provide leadership to finance and operations teams while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting and financial reporting, including budget development and performance monitoring against grants and programs
- Oversee the Director of Technology and Director of Operations to ensure alignment of technology and operations with organizational goals
- Supervise finance, technology, and operations teams, ensuring clarity in roles and effective execution of priorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA, MAC, or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in nonprofit finance, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP and FASB as applied to nonprofits
- Experience with Quickbooks Online; familiarity with ERP and Salesforce is a plus
- Strong interest in the mission and goals of the organization
