Vice President of Finance & IT

Job Summary

To support a transformative phase in the company, the full-time Vice President of Finance & IT will lead financial strategy, operational discipline, and enterprise systems modernization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO, translating long-term vision into a scalable financial model
• Lead company-wide profitability and cash generation initiatives focused on margin expansion and operational efficiency
• Modernize technology infrastructure to support scalability and improve enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance, Strategy, Transformation, or Operations
• Proven success in leading business transformations and improving profitability and cash generation
• Strong commercial acumen with experience partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
• Experience leading enterprise systems or IT modernization initiatives
• MBA, CPA, or equivalent advanced financial or business credentials preferred
