• Engage with finance, risk, and technology stakeholders for alignment and communication
• Manage headcount forecasting and oversee the investment governance process

Required Qualifications

• College degree required with 8+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry
• 5+ years of management experience
• Very strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Knowledge of data and analytics with the ability to present complex datasets clearly
• Self-motivated and innovative thinker capable of developing new concepts and processes
