Vice President of Finance Strategy

Job Summary

To lead the integration of Finance and People technology strategies, the full-time Vice President of Finance Strategy will manage a global portfolio of over 95 applications, ensuring operational continuity and driving innovation while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain multi-year Finance & People Systems roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture and corporate AI strategy
• Own end-to-end systems operations, ensuring reliability, data integrity, and compliance for a global user base of approximately 50,000 employees
• Serve as the primary technology relationship owner for senior Finance and HR leadership, presenting unified technology strategies and investment cases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience, including 5 years in senior Finance and/or HR technology roles at a global scale
• Demonstrated experience with Finance and People technology platforms, including Workday Financials and Workday HCM
• Proven track record in delivering complex technology transformation programs on time and within budget
• Experience driving AI adoption within Finance and/or HR functions, including familiarity with AI use case development and governance frameworks
