Vice President of Financial Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Financial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a scalable Finance Operating Model and oversee Accounts Payable and Procurement teams
• Manage financial systems strategy, including upgrades and automation tools to streamline operations
• Develop and maintain accounting policies to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and enhance internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership in financial operations
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting expertise
• Experience in process transformation and financial systems implementation
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
