Vice President of Financial Operations

Job Summary

Providing visionary leadership, the full-time salaried Vice President of Financial Operations will set the strategic direction for the Financial Operations department, oversee executive-level guidance, and collaborate with C-level executives to align financial processes with business objectives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and provide guidance to Directors and Senior Directors within the Financial Operations department
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Lead budgetary planning and optimization, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial sustainability

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in an accounting or financial services role, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership position
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in accounting or finance
• Demonstrated experience utilizing artificial intelligence and automation technologies to enhance business processes
• Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
