Vice President of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate the enterprise FP&A function, including annual budgeting and long-range planning
• Lead preparation of Board and investor financial materials, including performance narratives and KPIs
• Manage treasury and capital markets activities, including cash forecasting and debt structure analysis

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A leadership experience
• Experience in e-commerce and PE-backed environments
• M&A experience is required
• BS/BA Degree; MBA is preferred
• Exceptional financial modeling and executive communication skills
