Vice President of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company's annual operating plan, long-range financial planning, and rolling forecasting processes
• Develop and maintain enterprise financial models and executive dashboards for performance evaluation
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to various departments and support capital markets activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or advanced financial credential preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive finance experience with leadership in financial planning and analysis
• Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or biotechnology preferred
• Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and executive financial reporting
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-growing, dynamic organization
