Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the company's financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting
• Act as a primary point of contact for investors and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders
• Provide financial analysis and due diligence support for M&A transactions

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in Financial Modeling and FP&A
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Impeccable integrity and judgment skills for handling sensitive financial information
• Public company experience, including support for public disclosures
• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field; MBA preferred
