Vice President of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning & analysis activities, including budget creation, reporting, and financial modeling
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior management and the CFO, supporting company strategy and M&A activities
• Manage an FP&A team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and addressing data quality gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 10-12 years of professional experience in the FP&A function
• Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles
• Robust financial and operational modeling experience with advanced Excel skills
• Experience in developing reporting packages, preferably in a growth-stage or middle market company
