Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development of complex financial models and cash flow forecasting
Support refinancing and capital structure initiatives through detailed financial analysis
Provide executive-level financial insights and recommendations to leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5-10 years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A leadership
Experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking preferred
Proven experience with debt refinancings and sell-side transactions
Advanced financial modeling skills and strong accounting foundation
