Vice President of Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive annual budgeting and forecasting cycles with strategic models tailored to the insurance and administrative services business model
• Act as a strategic partner to department heads, providing financial expertise and guidance to meet operational and financial goals
• Architect and automate management reporting packages to monitor KPIs and evaluate budget vs. actual performance for executive reviews

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, including 5 years in FP&A leadership roles
• Deep expertise in the insurance, administrative services, SaaS, or financial services sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; advanced credentials like an MBA, CPA, or CFA are preferred
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and advanced financial planning systems such as Adaptive Planning or Anaplan
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite or Intacct and BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI
