Vice President of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Leading the financial planning and analysis function, the full-time Vice President of Financial Planning will build and manage a team responsible for long-range and annual financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, while providing strategic insights to the leadership team in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee long-range and annual financial planning processes to maximize business value and develop driver-based financial models
• Produce timely analyses and forecasts, highlighting key performance indicators and providing actionable insights to management
• Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights that drive revenue growth and enhance operating leverage

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated FP&A leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS or Enterprise Software company
• Proven track record in operational modeling, financial statement analysis, and driver-based reporting techniques
• Experience with public market readiness or guiding companies through the IPO process
• Ability to build scalable financial processes in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
