Vice President of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Overseeing enterprise-wide budgeting and long-range forecasting, the full-time remote Vice President of Financial Planning will manage strategic planning, operational excellence, and M&A support to drive sustainable growth in a rapidly scaling environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Annual Operating Plan and develop integrated driver-based models to enhance forecast accuracy
• Partner with Operations and Product heads to drive profitability initiatives and establish KPI dashboards
• Provide financial due diligence for acquisitions and manage capital allocation processes

Required Qualifications

• 12-15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Deep experience in Healthcare Services, RCM, or Health-Tech, with familiarity in the US healthcare provider landscape
• Proven track record in managing financial integration for multi-site or global organizations
• Advanced proficiency in FP&A and BI tools, with expert-level financial modeling skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required; MBA or CPA/CMA strongly preferred
