Vice President of Financial Planning

Job Summary

To support a growing global medical technology enterprise, the remote Vice President of Financial Planning will lead the transformation of the finance function, enhancing forecasting accuracy, improving decision support, and building scalable planning processes while partnering with executive leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the CFO on enterprise-wide financial planning and strategic initiatives, providing objective analysis and recommendations
• Lead the annual operating plan and forecasting processes, enhancing the organization's ability to identify emerging risks and opportunities
• Build and mentor a high-performing global FP&A organization while streamlining planning and reporting processes

Required qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or related disciplines
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, margin analysis, and capital investment evaluation
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in planning systems and ERP
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
