Vice President of Financial Planning

Job Summary

Leading the Financial Planning & Analysis division, the remote Vice President of Financial Planning will manage the creation of complex financial models, provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, and oversee the global budgeting process while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain effective planning and analysis capabilities to support senior management in goal-setting and performance measurement
• Facilitate planning and reporting processes in partnership with business owners and international managers to align goals
• Lead the global annual budgeting process and ensure the validity of financial models in the planning tool

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field required; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 10 years of progressive experience in an FP&A role or Corporate Finance
• Practical knowledge of GAAP and finance concepts such as NPV, IRR, and DCF
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and budgeting tools like Adaptive or similar
• Experience in the SaaS industry and with international reporting is a plus
