Vice President of Financial Planning
Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the full-time salaried Vice President of Financial Planning will lead the company's financial planning, forecasting, and strategic finance functions while collaborating closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership to drive profitable growth and informed decision-making in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning processes
- Serve as a trusted advisor on financial performance and operational decision-making to executive leadership
- Drive continuous improvement of financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including 10+ years of FP&A leadership
- Experience presenting to Boards of Directors and partnering with executive leadership teams
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and financial modeling
- CPA, CA and/or MBA preferred
