Vice President of Financial Planning
Job Summary
Providing strategic financial leadership, the full-time salaried Vice President of Financial Planning will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis functions while working remotely to support executive decision-making and drive enterprise value creation.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and long-range financial planning, delivering insights for executive discussions
- Deliver timely management reporting and variance analysis, developing business insights to enhance profitability
- Establish a finance technology roadmap to advance automation, AI, and data visualization capabilities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience with significant FP&A and corporate finance leadership roles
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing finance teams
- Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Proven success in partnering with executive leadership to drive financial performance
