Vice President of Financial Services
Job Summary
Leading a global organization, the full-time Vice President of Financial Services will be responsible for the strategy, performance, and transformation of shared services operations, including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Payroll, and Financial Analytics, while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for Financial Shared Services
- Champion large-scale business transformation initiatives to improve service quality and efficiency
- Provide executive oversight of procurement, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in finance or shared services
- 10+ years leading large teams and transformational initiatives
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling enterprise shared services organizations
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or other advanced business credential preferred
