Vice President of Fixed Income Operations

Job Summary

Leading the operational strategy for fixed income and cash management, the full-time remote Vice President of Fixed Income Operations will oversee post-trade execution, liquidity management, and settlement performance while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure operational resilience and accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and manage day-to-day operations of fixed income and cash management activities
• Oversee end-to-end fixed income post-trade operations, including settlement, corporate actions, and cash forecasting
• Maintain accountability for settlement timeliness and cash forecast accuracy, driving performance improvements and root cause analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive investment operations or treasury experience in an insurance company, asset manager, or large institutional investment organization
• Deep expertise in fixed income post-trade operations and investment cash forecasting frameworks
• 7+ years of experience in people leadership, managing senior operational leaders
• Strong understanding of operational risk management and audit control environments
