Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Financial Management Services Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement operational frameworks for payroll, compliance, and caregiver onboarding
  • Oversee multi EIN payroll operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Manage vendor partnerships and support program execution across various stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5+ years of leadership experience in Financial Management Services or related fields
  • Experience with Medicaid and/or Veteran self-directed care programs
  • Background in payroll, tax compliance, or fiscal agent operations
  • Proven success managing complex compliance environments
  • Experience working with public sector or aging & disability networks preferred
