Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Financial Management Services Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement operational frameworks for payroll, compliance, and caregiver onboarding
- Oversee multi EIN payroll operations and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage vendor partnerships and support program execution across various stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience in Financial Management Services or related fields
- Experience with Medicaid and/or Veteran self-directed care programs
- Background in payroll, tax compliance, or fiscal agent operations
- Proven success managing complex compliance environments
- Experience working with public sector or aging & disability networks preferred
