• Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive team, providing insights and recommendations based on financial modeling
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic modeling processes
• Oversee budget planning and cost management aligned with the company's mission and strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience, including 8+ years in financial leadership roles
• Strong FP&A background in biotech, life sciences, or high-growth environments
• Proven ability to drive strategic planning and budget accountability
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Bonus: Experience at a public biotech company or CPA designation
