Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of FP&A to transform natural compounds into life-changing medicines.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO and executive team, providing insights and recommendations based on financial modeling
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic modeling processes
- Oversee budget planning and cost management aligned with the company's mission and strategic goals
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of industry experience, including 8+ years in financial leadership roles
- Strong FP&A background in biotech, life sciences, or high-growth environments
- Proven ability to drive strategic planning and budget accountability
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Bonus: Experience at a public biotech company or CPA designation
