Key Responsibilities

• Lead the modernization of FP&A processes and implement AI-powered solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis or financial analytics
• 7+ years of leadership experience in team management or transformation initiatives
• Proven experience in building and implementing FP&A modernization solutions using AI/ML
• Strong proficiency in analytics and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, or Tableau
