Vice President of Franchise Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP Franchise Operations & Owner Relations - Americas Classics & Luxury Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Franchise Performance Leads team to drive mutual success with owners and operators
• Drive financial performance including sales, revenue management, and brand contribution
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and oversee the implementation of changes in various operational areas

Required Qualifications

• Deep financial background with the ability to analyze portfolio and hotel-level data
• 5+ years of Full-Service Hotel General Manager and/or corporate leadership experience in the Hospitality Segment
• Prior experience with contract execution, project management, and facility planning
• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or Business preferred
• Knowledge of AI Tools and Capabilities
