Vice President of Fundraising

Job Summary

Leading the development of a multi-year fundraising strategy, the full-time Vice President of Fundraising will strengthen TNTP's fundraising function and culture, manage a diversified portfolio of funding sources, and collaborate with organizational leaders to align funding strategies with strategic goals in a flexible remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and enhance TNTP's fundraising models, processes, and systems to support current and future growth
• Own and implement a multi-year fundraising strategy aligned with TNTP's strategic plan and financial sustainability goals
• Lead a high-performing fundraising team while managing key funder relationships and diversifying funding sources

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive fundraising/development leadership experience at the senior/executive level
• Proven success in cultivating and managing high-value relationships with foundations, corporations, and major individual donors
• Strong experience in building and improving fundraising infrastructure and processes, including CRM systems
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate organizational strategy into actionable revenue plans
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
