Job Summary
To drive revenue growth within the EA Sports College Football digital ecosystem, the full-time Vice President of Gaming Partnerships will build and lead a revenue team focused on advertising and in-game branding opportunities while managing key client relationships and shaping go-to-market strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Build and mentor a sales team to optimize revenue and deliver assets within the EA College Football game
- Manage the sales pipeline, execute contracts, and ensure brand integrations meet revenue targets
- Identify and develop innovative in-game branding opportunities while leveraging market insights to create customized proposals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital media, gaming, and advertising sales with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets
- Established relationships with key decision-makers at brands and media agencies
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and analytics platforms
