Vice President of Global Accounting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President, Global Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the global accounting organization, ensuring operational excellence and strong execution across all accounting operations
• Own and improve financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and readiness for public company standards
• Partner with various business leaders to support scalable growth and provide strategic financial guidance

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience in high-growth technology or similarly dynamic organizations
• Proven experience leading and scaling global accounting organizations across multiple entities and regions
• Deep technical accounting expertise and strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience building accounting organizations toward public-company readiness, including PCAOB-level audits and SOX environments
• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA strongly preferred
