Vice President of Global GTM Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Global GTM Enablement, Execution & Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a global enablement organization, aligning cross-functional stakeholders around a unified GTM and enablement strategy
• Develop and execute global scaling strategies while collaborating with Product and Product Marketing to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Own and continuously evolve a world-class global onboarding program to reduce time-to-productivity and accelerate time-to-quota

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in senior GTM, revenue strategy, or enablement leadership roles within Enterprise SaaS
• Proven track record of building and scaling global GTM enablement teams and strategies that drive measurable revenue growth
• Strong understanding of Business Orchestration, enterprise buying motions, and multi-persona sales cycles
• Highly analytical and data-driven, with strong business acumen
• Bachelor's degree
