Vice President of Global Health Communications

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time Vice President of Global Health Communications will manage a growing portfolio of creative activations and communications in global health and HIV, serving as the day-to-day lead for key workstreams while ensuring client satisfaction and team cohesion in a remote or onsite environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day lead for key workstreams, ensuring delivery of high-impact, insight-driven work for leading life sciences companies
• Own the operational, financial, and team health of assigned accounts, contributing to organic growth and supporting new business efforts
• Lead, develop, and coach the team, demonstrating a commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion while inspiring the next generation of leaders

Required qualifications

• Approximately 8-10 years of PR/communications agency experience
• Strong knowledge of the global health, HIV, and drug access landscape for underserved populations
• Experience managing dynamic creative communications campaigns with a deep understanding of integrated communications
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative style and effective communication abilities
• A passion for creativity and delivering meaningful impact in a collaborative environment
