Vice President of Global Networks

Job Summary

Leading the global network services organization, the full-time salaried Vice President of Global Networks will manage service delivery, ensure compliance with service level agreements, and drive continuous improvement while fostering executive relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and governance for network infrastructure services to enhance IT service delivery
• Oversee performance compliance, monitoring, and reporting of service level agreements while managing stakeholder partnerships
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field
• 12+ years of network service leadership experience, including managing large, multi-disciplinary teams
• 8+ years of experience in running a data service organization and 5+ years in a voice service organization
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing technology budgets and vendor portfolios exceeding $20M
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and lead transformation in complex, matrixed enterprises
