Vice President of Global Operations

Job Summary

As a pivotal leadership role, the full-time Vice President of Global Operations will manage operational strategies across the GTM organization, ensuring scalability and efficiency while partnering closely with the CRO and leading a high-performing operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the operational partner to the CRO, translating strategic goals into actionable plans
• Own key workstreams in annual planning, including territory design, quota setting, and headcount planning
• Oversee and optimize the end-to-end GTM process, driving efficiency and reducing friction across the customer lifecycle

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or Business Operations within the B2B SaaS industry
• 5+ years of experience leading large, multi-functional operations teams
• Proven success as a strategic partner to a CRO or equivalent C-level executive
• Deep expertise in GTM planning, partner/channel operations, and sales process optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
