Vice President of Global Operations
Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of global production operations, the full-time remote Vice President of Global Operations will manage Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Development & Reliability Engineering (DRE) teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of a cloud-native SaaS platform.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the global production operations and reliability strategy
- Lead high-performing global SRE and DRE teams focused on platform reliability and operational engineering
- Drive incident management, disaster recovery planning, and operational readiness across global production environments
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in production operations, cloud infrastructure, or related technology leadership roles
- Proven experience managing global production operations for large-scale SaaS or cloud platforms
- Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures
- Strong understanding of SRE principles and incident management
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing engineering and operations teams
