Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives
- Lead the global sales organization to exceed revenue goals and maintain profitability across regions
- Build and motivate a high-performing global sales team while fostering strong customer relationships
Qualifications and Expertise
- Minimum of 15 years in senior sales roles, with at least 10 years in a leadership position
- Experience in navigating complex international markets, preferably with time spent in Asia
- Expertise in OEM and distribution sales, with a focus on optimizing channels
- Strong financial acumen, including understanding P&L dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred
