Job Summary

To build and scale a high-performance revenue engine across state Medicaid agencies and managed care organizations, the remote Vice President of Government Strategic Growth will drive enterprise adoption of AI-powered analytics and lead strategic initiatives to accelerate revenue and expand market share.

Key responsibilities
  • Architect and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting state Medicaid and related stakeholders
  • Close large, multi-year enterprise contracts and develop a public-sector expansion strategy
  • Position the platform as a key decision infrastructure for Medicaid transformation and navigate complex procurement processes
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience with a proven track record of closing $5M-$25M+ contracts
  • Direct selling experience into state Medicaid agencies, Medicaid MCOs, and rural health systems
  • Deep understanding of Medicaid financing, value-based care, and interoperability frameworks
  • Proven success in a PE-backed or high-growth healthcare technology company
  • Experience in developing and managing enterprise pipelines across multiple stakeholders
