Job Summary

To build and scale a high-performance revenue engine across state Medicaid agencies and health systems, the remote Vice President of Government Sales will drive enterprise adoption of AI-powered analytics, close large multi-year contracts, and establish the company as a key transformation partner in the public sector healthcare market.

Key responsibilities
  • Architect and execute a go-to-market strategy across state Medicaid and connected stakeholders
  • Close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and develop a public-sector expansion strategy
  • Translate platform capabilities into financial impact while navigating state procurement and legislative funding cycles
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in closing contracts ranging from $5M to $25M+ in healthcare
  • Direct selling experience into state Medicaid agencies and rural health systems
  • Deep understanding of Medicaid financing, value-based care, and interoperability frameworks
  • Proven success in a PE-backed or high-growth healthcare technology company
