Key Responsibilities

• Define and govern Group Benefits value streams and product operating model
• Lead a team of Product Managers and ensure integration of key functions within the operating model
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all operational units

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Group Benefits or related industries
• Proven track record in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience with multi-year Agile delivery efforts and product operating models
• Strong understanding of cloud architectures and modern engineering practices
• Experience in building transformation strategies and driving adoption at scale
