Vice President of Group Benefits

Job Summary

Driving product strategy and innovation, the full-time remote Vice President of Group Benefits will lead market analysis, oversee product life-cycle management, and collaborate with senior leaders to enhance non-medical insurance offerings, including Disability, Absence, and Life products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and execution for new product development and ongoing management of non-medical insurance products
• Oversee the entire product life cycle from planning and launch to implementation and monitoring
• Drive portfolio-level decision-making by integrating financial performance with customer needs and operational considerations

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of Group Benefits experience, including product development and management
• 5+ years of managerial experience with a focus on strategy and stakeholder influence
• Proven experience in building and executing product roadmaps
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Deep knowledge of Product Development and Management best practices, particularly in Group Protection products
