Job Summary

To lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy into 2026, the remote Vice President of Growth will manage sales funnel automation, enhance marketing-to-sales delivery, and architect enterprise revenue while ensuring the sales team is equipped for consultative selling and high-value account acquisition.

Key responsibilities:
  • Direct the end-to-end management of the sales funnel, utilizing AI tools for automation and optimizing conversion rates
  • Align marketing outputs with sales requirements, providing the sales team with necessary insights and training for consultative selling
  • Focus on targeting high-value enterprise accounts through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and enforcing Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) strategies
Required qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in sales or growth leadership, preferably in an agency or tech-enabled services environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce) and AI-driven sales tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build and mentor sales teams for complex, consultative deals
  • Experience in launching and scaling new Go-To-Market strategies in evolving market conditions
